Maybe take down the large signs advertising free samples if you?re not willing to give any free samples. And it?s very odd when... you have several flavors without a label and the employees don?t even know what they are. The employees were friendly, justclueless. I'll tell ya, traveling the globe has given me a pretty good understanding of customer service. This place has it on point, when... i walked in, i spoke to a ivan. The lady that started to help us just got done doing the garbage when she proceeded to get our ice cream. I had to ask her to... wash her hands in which she left and had another employee help us. Really good breakfast sandwiches. If you're vegetarian just get whatever bread you prefer and ask for egg and cheese. I get the... croissant egg and cheese and it's always good and it's very well priced. Often they forget a sandwich when I'm ordering fortwo. There's only one reason I took a star away. There is one very rude middle aged woman, always grumpy no matter how kind youare. Problem, or no problem, you are her burden. Well I didn't get any napkins and the sandwiches can get quite messy so I wentinto the store instead of going through the drive through and bothering them again and she ignored me completely! I said excuseme miss may I please have napkins? And she said "just hold on a moment" and stared at me in my eyes and leaned against theircoffee machine. Haha Anyway they have another young man who works there who is just wonderful, as well as the rest of thestaff. But he stands out, same problem missing a sandwich and no napkins. I let them know and he comes out and delivers thesandwich himself and said I put an extra one in there for you. It was just me and my sister eating that day, we don't reallyneed three sandwiches but it was really kind of him and she actually was still hungry after and ate the 2nd sandwich. Thanksman. Before you read this review, I want you to know that this is not satire. As far fetched as it seems, this is 100% true and I... swear that there is no fabrication whatsoever. -prologue- Me and a few gentlemen went here around 12:30 am on a Friday night. Ididn?t order anything, but the three other men in my vehicle got matching Oreo milkshakes. I was in the rear seat, drivers side,giving me a partial view of the establishment while at the drive through window. -Chapter 1- As we arrived to theestablishment, we pulled a rather unique maneuver to view the menu. I?ll try to explain it so you can visualize it. The drivethrough menu is facing us, and we are facing it. The front bumper of our vehicle is pointing towards the menu from about tenfeet back. You?d assume that a 5k ultra HD view of the menu would help us decide what to get, it did not. We pull up to the menuand order-speaker as normal after our initial viewing situation. The attendant was very quick to respond, so we asked for timein order to browse the menu. After about ten minutes of discussion, the three men decided to order the same thing (oreomilkshakes). We exclaimed ?we are ready to order?. We were greeted with silence. After asking ?y?all got ice cream? for whatseemed like eons, our order was taken. I guess the minute she gave us was a lot more than we bargained for. -Chapter 2- As wepull up to the drive through, we are greeted by a friendly woman. She tells us about her tattoo and the correlation it has toher daughter. It was a rather enjoyable conversation. As stated in the prologue, I was in a position where I could see someparts of the establishment. I see a different woman walk from the back to the preparation area. She was holding two gallons ofmilk. I assumed it was for the next few orders, which was much further from the truth. I look away for a few minutes.
