Very DISAPPOINTED in the service I JUST received! I ordered 2 shakes, one of the shakes tasted like MULTIPLE DIFFRENT flavors... like the utensils they used to scoop the icecream from the previous order were still on there. As I started to head home Itasted it and turned around IMMEDIATELY, expressed this to the girl who took my order, asked her if she could make my shakeover. She responded by saying no I can't, so I asked for my $ back for that shake because I wasn't satisfied with the taste! Shegave me the run around saying she COULDN'T MAKE IT OVER OR GIVE ME MY $ BACK! I ASKED FOR MY RECEIPT SO I COULD TALK TO AMANAGER. SHE SAID SHE COULDN'T GIVE ME ONE! HAHAHA THIS IS GETTING WORSE NOW I NEED A # TO REACH A OWNER/MANAGEMENT OF THISLOCATION! It is an okay ice cream spot and donut joint. Here you will find Baskin-Robbins and Dunkin Donuts sharing a store. The service... was okay, and the ice cream also. It was a nice change in pace, and the kids had fun. At least they can't break anything here.Nice thing is that it is located across the street from McAllister and a perfect stop for dessert after a meal. Read more
