Very DISAPPOINTED in the service I JUST received! I ordered 2 shakes, one of the shakes tasted like MULTIPLE DIFFRENT flavors... like the utensils they used to scoop the icecream from the previous order were still on there. As I started to head home Itasted it and turned around IMMEDIATELY, expressed this to the girl who took my order, asked her if she could make my shakeover. She responded by saying no I can't, so I asked for my $ back for that shake because I wasn't satisfied with the taste! Shegave me the run around saying she COULDN'T MAKE IT OVER OR GIVE ME MY $ BACK! I ASKED FOR MY RECEIPT SO I COULD TALK TO AMANAGER. SHE SAID SHE COULDN'T GIVE ME ONE! HAHAHA THIS IS GETTING WORSE NOW I NEED A # TO REACH A OWNER/MANAGEMENT OF THISLOCATION! SHE GOES THROUGH A PHONE AND SAID ARE YOU READY TO PUT THE # IN YOUR PHONE. I SAY NO I'D LIKE YOU TO WRITE IT DOWNWITH A NAME AS WELL, SHE ROLLS HER EYES WHILE DOING SO! It is an okay ice cream spot and donut joint. Here you will find Baskin-Robbins and Dunkin Donuts sharing a store. The service... was okay, and the ice cream also. It was a nice change in pace, and the kids had fun. At least they can't break anything here.Nice thing is that it is located across the street from McAllister and a perfect stop for dessert after a meal. Read more

I went to get a ice cream and they made me wait 20+mins and I saw the girl taking pictures in the back of the counter very... dissatisfied and disappointed.Also today I got a iceream cake and it was the wrong one it has turd looking happy 14th *name*. Are these other people rating this place for real??? I have not been here one single time where they've actually had what I... wanted! Once they didn't even have chocolate ice cream, the most basic flavor! I stopped here a week ago and they were out ofjamoca and pistachio almond. A week later and they still don't have it! So I ordered a strawberry banana smoothie. Guess whatthey were out of that too. Who manages this place?!?! Obviously someone who knows nothing. This place is absolutely pathetic!!! Read more
