My group of 17 got cut off after some people had one maybe 2 drinks. We originally asked for table for 15 but turned out to be... 17. We overwhelmed them and they said we can no longer serve you?worst dining experience ever. You would think that they wouldwant to make money off paying customers but not the case here. Worst service I've had in a while. It took 15 minutes for our waitress to even take our drink order, and we still had to wait... another 20 minutes to get them only after I asked if we could get our drinks. No straws, napkins or utensils were given. Mydaughter ordered nachos and I had the 6 piece lunch combo pretty simple right, took over 35 minutes to get our food. I wasafraid to ask for anything extra so we wouldn't be there any longer. Never going back to that establishment again. Read more

She Asked What We Would Like To Drink, As We Decided She Explained HowYou Can Get The Menu Through The App, Which Was Really Simple. We Order Our Food The Dry Wings We?re Really Good.MyGranddaughter Had A Bacon cheeseburger Which She said Was Good. Ordered Takeout and the time that the order would be ready kept getting pushed back as I was completing checkout, all the way to... 9:20. Had to wait an hour and fifteen minutes, yet when I got there at 9:20 to pick it up, the ice in the drinks was completelymelted and they were completely watered down and the food was ice cold! I kept checking back with the app to make sure the timehadn?t been moved up and it was progressing as it should, which it seemed to be, but obviously not. Also one of the kids mealsis missing the side of fries all together. The ticket on the order said 8:34, so obviously it had been ready and sitting outsince then, I only wish I had been notified, so we could have had hot food. My son did say his wings were good, despite beingso cold, so that is why I gave any stars. Read more
