Really unfriendly and I don't understand why you would be rude to a customer if we are trying to buy something? It is not the... first time here that happened. Was trying to order something through drive through and they got the order messed up. This local Burger King is an excellent example of what all Burger Kings can and should be. The staff here is regular and they... get to know their customers. Think of above and beyond for us as regular visitors and add nice little touches for my kids whoare regularly with me. Read more
Very disappointed. There were signs all over warning there will be a charge for extra sauce. The sauce I asked for with my 30... nuggets wasn't put in the bag. The nuggets were dry and tough and the fries I had to 'pull to the front door to wait while theycooked' were definitely not fresh. Very poor experience. Read more
They remodeled this Burger King! It is beautiful. We ate breakfast via drive-thru and it was the best ever. The staff was great... this visit- friendly and kind and SPEEDY. We had 4 cars in front of us on a Saturday morning and it was the fastest it has everbeen. Great improvements BK on South Naper Boulevard! Read more
Finally a Burger King that is clean and well maintained. The veggies on the sandwiches were fresh, the meat cookes correctly.... The good news is it's close to home. I ha e been staying away from BK restaurants for a few years because they are never clean,this one is just right for me and my kids. We will return for sure. Read more
I was here avout 10:30 today and ordered a double whopper with cheese with no onion, and cut in half. I know what is suppose to... come on this burger but it did't have what it was suppose to. There was no tomatoe lettuce or mayo but they did put mustard onit. If I was not home upon disccovering this I would have returned it. Very Disappointed!!!! Read more
