Placed my order via app.. waited for the food to be put on the shelf. Literally walked out seconds later and all food was ice... ice cold. Also was missing some side items from order.. what gives? I read reviews on other location and it said to come to thisone . This location is the worst one I've been too yet and chat bot pepper won't even credit me and said can't help. Honestly kind of afraid to eat my food. I have never been to a more gross Chipotle. About 3 employees standing around while... there’s smashed and crusty food on the serving line and tables. The employee who was very rude, touched my rice right aftertouching the cash register with his gloves on. All staff needs a food sanitation course before customers get sick. Ordered delivery and asked for extra steak, beans, and rice and received nothing extra. Reached out to support through the app... and phone and the app couldn’t refund me for the extra that wasn’t provided and it was impossible to get help with theautomated system. Read more

My girlfriend just delivered her first baby, and wanted chipotle... 1 hour late delivery, cold, not at all what I ordered. Most... of all, made her most painful day, much more frustrating. I really like this Chipotle but this last visit the girl brought out a fresh pot in front of me poured the old food on top of... the new food I don't know how old it was I didn't even get any of the new one, what a tease. She was acting like she bought itherself kept leveling it off. Better service at the Naperville store on 75th street, healthy fresh servings. This place stinks. I came here during work to get a taco meal and these people didn’t give me my tortillas in a TACO MEAL! I... had to go all the way back to get them and I believe this could've been easily avoided. I'm completely and utterly furious.There is also an air bubble in my guac but I payed the full amount. I went to grab lunch from the Downtown Naperville Chipotle yesterday for the first time in almost 2 years, because I had a short... lunch at work and it was close and not busy. The food was mediocre at this location. The rice was hard and beans weren’tcooked long enough. Didn’t bother getting lettuce because it all looked bad. The sour cream was discolored and had other foodin it so did not get that either. Did not even bother getting any meat either, it looked like it had been sitting for hours.Honestly, if I had more time for lunch I would not have bothered eating there from those signs alone. However, to make itworse, today I was going to pour out my Berry Agua Fresca beverage I did not finish and found a whole receipt at the bottom ofmy cup!!! I checked in my bag and my receipt was in the bag, so I do not know how a chipotle receipt ended up in there, but tothink that I was drinking that with who knows what chemicals from the receipt seeping into my drink while PREGNANT I will NEVEReat chipotle again. I’ve found dead bugs in the food before, got food poisoning in the past, and now a receipt in my drink.Chipotle has really gone down hill over the years and why I haven’t eaten there in almost 2 years!
