Great price for fun delicious food. Daughter had fun playing the arcades. One of the arcades she won a prize but the machine... did not dispense it. When we told the manager, he was nice enough to give her 2 prizes. Read more
First and last time going to Cici?s and I had a really bad experience with ?Tony? the guy at the register. My child was standing... literally just standing! 2 tables from where we were sitting, he was just holding his cup drinking his lemonade and this mantells me to sit my child down cause kids aren?t supposed to be running around? The Mac and cheese pizza was the only pizza worth getting at this CiCi's. The dessert was stale and the spinach pizza tasted... weird in an "I shouldn't eat this" kind of way. The arcade was sad and a handful of machines were broken. There was alsoconflicting signage about where to get change for the machines. Kind of an underwhelming, disappointing trip to CiCi's tbh, Ithought they used to be better. Read more
Lied about the general operation of the store. Being rude to customers because you're inconvenienced is horrific customer... service. If someone asks for something and they've paid, you should fulfill that request. Especially since they finished eatingwhat they ordered and ask for something completely different. Read more
Just ask and they make you the type of pizza you want in minutes. Had some wing and they were not cooked property so be aware of... your order when you get it. They took them back and cooked them longer buy when I did get them back they were just shriveledwings I do not recommend getting them. I did love the dessert cinnamon buns so fresh and warm and other tasty treats. Read more
Typical pizza buffet with a good selection of pizza types. I would suggest not going towards the end of the night, typically... during the day would be the ideal time due to them making less pizzas towards the end of the night. Read more
