All the positivity of good ice cream and staff is negated by the extremely rude middle aged woman who seems to be the manager.... Her tone is so unwelcoming that she stands out clearly. She is equally rude with customers as she is with her employees, whocan't revolt fearing of retribution. If she yells at you, make sure you give her a piece of your mind. the service here by the employees was great, but the manager (i?m guessing) was speaking horrendously to the employees working.... It is a busy saturday night but the employees were doing to their best and from what i saw they weren?t doing anything wrong.one of the workers looked pretty young, 15 maybe and to quote the supposed manager ?he?s new, speak slow he can only rememberone flavor at once.? the employee genuinely looked like he was going to cry. to the other worker she said ?if you?re not gonnawork go ahead and clock out right now.? keep in mind she said this loud enough for the whole store to hear. the girls in frontof us in line said they come here often and the lady is always yelling at the workers. my friend and i were planning on gettingice cream, but after seeing the way the employees were being treated, we left. The ice cream in itself was great but the experience not so much. There seems to be lack of leadership. We didn?t see any... manager or supervisor during our visit. The main door was broken and there was hand written not in the door to close and openthe door every time a customer enters or leaves. One of the staff member was flirting with two guys all the time, she crossedher legs and came over the side cover biter instead of using the main door and looked very unprofessional and gave the two guysfree ice cream and sat with them during the shift, there was only one guy who was working from beginning to the end and he wasnice and asked us if we were served and was also cleaning the marble top with water. There was lack of authority or managementduring the visit and the staff were doing what they wanted to and very casually too. Read more
Everyone knows cold stone is delicious. Tried the peanut butter cookie dough and it was very good... especially with the peanut... butter cups mixed in. Person is with got coffee lovers and raved about how good it was. Staff was great. Moved fast and werepleasant. I'll be back! Read more
Don?t go here often, but I should. It was 2 minutes before closing upon my arrival but the ladies were welcoming. Even though... they seemed exhausted and ready to leave. I applaud such courtesy and admire their efforts to work till the very end. Alsoshould have gotten their names, my apologies to those two ladies in the photos. Bought 2 ice creams 1) chocolate devotion(friend got it) - all the chocolate you could handle with ice cream - if you are craving chocolate, I?m sure this would satisfythat need 2) strawberry blonde - tried it for a change from chocolate for myself - sweetness to the MAXX it was good to getawaywith excellent result.
