The red head worker is rude. There were 10 minutes til close and he told us to ?hurry up? because they close in 10. It?s your... job to make ice cream, don?t work here if you?re gonna be grumpy. Read more

If there was an option for no stars, I'd choose that. The only positive experience from this place was the guy who worked there... named Alex. He was helpful and accommodating. That aside, I had called to get a cake for my niece's birthday, an ice cream cake. But not chocolate, because my niece hates chocolate and also just can't eat it. So I asked if there was vanilla ice cream in thecake, he said yes. I picked up the cake, brought it home, we sang happy birthday, and my niece proceeded to cut into it... Therewas chocolate ice cream and chocolate cake inside. She couldn't even eat it. Immediately, I called dairy queen and spoke toAlex, and told him what happened. He apologized profusely and said he was going to contact his manager and find out exactlywhich cake he could give me, as they were not properly labeled. I drove back to the store, got an Oreo blizzard cake, he told methat there were Oreo cookie pieces on top of the cake, along with chocolate drizzle. I said okay, fine, I'd just take that toppart off. He said the inside had Oreo cookie pieces inside it with vanilla ice cream. He also said that he had been texting hismanager to confirm this. I took the cake home. Let's try this again. My niece cut into it... Chocolate ice cream, chocolatecake. ???????????. When we called to talk to the manager the next day, (Robert Abraham) he was completely rude, uncaring, ignorant and unhelpful. It was clear that he only cared about money, told us we were just looking for free cake, and that hedidn't care what we did-- that he had 7 customers in line waiting for him, that he needed to get back to. Told us to bring inthe cake that we'd eaten, to prove it. Totally absurd. Needless to say, I will not be doing business with them again. I had togo to Jewel to buy my niece a cheesecake, just so she could have cake to eat. This is hands down the WORST customer serviceexperience that I can remember. I hope no one else has to endure such ignorance at this establishment. Read more

Wonderful salesperson Alex. Super friendly and went out of his way to rite a wrong. The ice cream cakes were mislabeled and my... Granddaughter cant eat chocolate. When she cut into the cake it was chocolate ice cream with chocolate crunch. 4 people hadsome. The birthday girl did not. Her mom went back to get a refund and was given another cake promised to not be chocolate. Whenshe cut into it it was chocolate as well. This was not Alex?s fault. He was told by the baker that they were not chocolate. When I, the birthday girls grandmother called and spoke to the owner ROBERT ABRAHAM the next day he was rude, uncaring and eagerto het back to his seven customers waiting as he told me himself. I was told to bring in the leftover cake and he would refundme based on how much cake we ate. I explained that my Granddaughter still has not had a piece of birthday cake and we have noproblem bringing in the leftover cake but we weren't going to deny other family a piece of cake. I was told i was looking forfree cake. I also told him I would give a review online and he told me ?mam I don't care what you do, I have customers waiting?. Needless to say my family and friends will never give this store our business again. Robert Abraham can keep his money since heclearly thinks that the money is the important factor here. The 2 1/4 eaten ice-cream cakes will be eaten by family. I wouldhave gladly brought them back for a full refund. Not a partial. My daughter went to Jewel and bought my Granddaughter acheesecake. Happy Birthday baby. Mr. Abraham I hope your family is never treated how you treated us. Read more

I have never eaten here personally, but I went to throw some trash out in the garbage can outside and who I can only assume is... the owner came out and yelled at me for using his trash can. No sign or anything that might suggest it was for private use. Iwouldn?t have even considered leaving a review had he been at least somewhat polite about informing me. I sure hope he treatshis employees better than how he treats strangers. Read more

I ordered 4 things 3 of them were blizzards. The one I personally got was soupy in parts and chunky in others and the strawberry... filling that was supposed to be on the inside was dripping down the side. If I tipped it over everything would fall out. I'mdisappointed and was really looking forward to a good blizzard, I would honestly go to a different dairy queen next time. Read more

I live equal distance between this one and the location on Washington. Sadly, I will not be returning to this location. The... chocolate ice cream was SPOILED today. I went back inside to tell the owner so he was aware of this and he said it was fine. The ice cream was tangy and bitter. It was awful. I literally threw it in the garbage right next to him and told him Icouldn't eat it. He said nothing. NOTHING. I will be taking my business to the other location. Read more

My favorite DQ location. It is what it is as dessert goes. I.E. yes it is not artisanal gelato, but you are not expecting that... at a DQ are you? They are quick and friendly. Always have enough staff on hand so even if there is a line, it will go quickly. They keep the Blizzard options current, but are always willing and able to make the old favorites. My wife loves the GermanChocolate Blizzard which was retired years ago, but they will still make it for her. Read more
