This location NEVER answers their phone, which makes it impossible for you to order your food exactly how you want it. The... website alone doesn't provide an empty box for special instructions, which is bad enough, so it makes matters worse by not beingable to verbalize any specifications you may have over the phone. Had an amazing experience, ordered thru the app and got my pizza on time even. Was absolutely delicious.
So I walk in to pick up my pizza. I signing my receipt and there I noticed an extra charge which was a Covic fee. So I asked the... guy at the counter what the fee was for and his response was I don?t know. I?m just wondering where my Covic Fee (3%)is going toI think the managers should tell them not just say I don?t know. Asked him for paper plates and then he asked me how many. Isaid 10?
