1. Went through drive through. Order was wrong. 2. Asked to pull around. Brought incorrect order out again. 3. Had to walk into... store to correct order. 4. Proceed to try to give me the rest of my order, BUT was still missing items. 5. Return home to unwrapfood and find that it was simply missing parts to the sandwich (no sausage patty). 6. Coffee tasted like water. 7. Also neverreceived a receipt. 8. Would've asked for a refund but at the point wanted the time in my life back that I wasted. Read more
Chivalry is dead I know but a woman server shd not go along with a man who butts in line just states his order over my polite... voice in response to her... "Who s next?" Your server knew the man was not even in the store when I was waiting next in line. Soangry will not be back ...I know you cd care less. Read more

Gave me the wrong coffee, cold food, and terrible service (15 min of waiting just to be spoken to about my messed up order).... Save yourself the headache and order from the one on Brookdale Rd instead! Read more
Received many a stale donut from this location. I wish they would just say the donut is no good instead of letting us pay for... hard donuts that are super dry. Recommend you ask if they are fresh or not so you don't end up with a hard, dry donut.Otherwise, I would say they are fast and friendly. Read more
Disorganized chaos. There were about 8-10 cars in the drive thru, so I thought going inside would be quicker. Wrong. The guy... taking my simple order (1 drink, 1 sandwich) must have been new because he had the hardest time finding the right buttons topress on the register. I got my drink pretty quickly and proceeded to wait in the extremely warm area to get my food. I'mwaiting...and waiting...and waiting. No one is acknowledging me, stating my order would be right up, etc. More waiting as I amwatching all cars that were in the drive thru getting their orders. The lady making the food is only making one order at a time.It's a pretty big tray...she can fit more food on there to heat up, to get orders going faster. Still waiting...I finally gotmy food. It took 10 frickin minutes! I didn't notice until I was driving away that it wasn't even my order!!! It had a ticketand receipt on it with a name and showing that a gift card was used. Nope, not my order. I didn't bother going back to waitanother 10 minutes for (maybe) my correct order. There was only one other person waiting inside for their food. She got thereafter me and I heard her say she had a mobile order. It looks like they didn't even make her drink(s) yet. Maybe I actually gother food? Read more
Going to many dunkins nearby and this one stands out. Always fast and excellent service. I feel welcomed and always makes my... order correct. Ricky is the best crew member at this location. If you want a refreshing tasty beverage come here. Ricky workshard and is very dedicated. A promotion or raise is needed for him. Read more
