The cashier at the counter was very nice and helpful. I would recommend this store as they tell you a lot of information about... the food they sell and they have good donuts. They really go the extra mile to make things right. Their coffee is also verydelicious. I will happily continue to come here. If I could give 0 stars, I would. This is the 2nd time I've been there and they are the most ignorant and rudest people ever!!... Always wanting to get smart and sarcastic with the customers. One second they don't ask anything, get your order and giveit.....the next they ask all these questions, that have never been asked before, and then wanna get rude with you when you dontknow how to answer. I didn't tell you to work at the place, didn't fill out your job application and didn't force you to acceptthe offer to work there, so the ignorance and rudeness isn't needed!! The coffee tasted watered down with no flavor. By far the worst dunkin donuts coffee I've tasted.
One of the best dunkin donuts in the Chicagoland area come through the drive thru or go inside and the coffee is always... incredible. Consistent quality and great friendly service with a nice clean inside this is such a great dunkin donuts that Iactually pass up a dunkin donuts because I like this one better than most. Read more
If I could give negative stars I would. Worst Dunkin I have ever been to and I have been to some pretty sketchy ones. Donuts... tasted at least a week old and were very chewy and stale. Might as well have slapped some glaze on some cardboard and bagged itup. Biggest waste of money and gas. Didn't have most of the donuts I even wanted to top it off. Hopefully they can get their acttogether because not only are they an embarrassment to the Dunkin brand but also to the overall donut family. The donuts I haveeaten in the past would turn over in their graves if they saw how disgusting these ones were. The one star is for the hotchocolate that was decent. Read more
This is the best dunkin around. Very efficient and friendly staff. Happy hour after 2 o'clock $2 hot or cold. Not sure of any... others that do this. Whenever working in Naperville or Lisle I make a point of going to the store. Read more
Worst DD I've ever been to in my life. Rude customer service & food is rarely on point. Rather go to the one on Ogden Ave. they... are much friendlier. No one ever gets back to you if you submit a complaint either. Read more
