I bought a doughnut and coffee at this Dunkin on Sunday Oct 16, 2022, and the donut was hard as a rock. When I went to get a... refund the same rude girl who sold it to me had to show another employee how to do a refund. She never looked my way toapologize or even acknowledge my presence. They were both rude and unprofessional and I had to ask for an apology. I?ll neverpatronize another Dunkin again, as I never was a fan anyway. I guess Starbucks will continue to get my business. We placed a mobile app order today, and they only gave my husband one of 2 bags, the 4 donuts weren't included. Then when he... went back to get the donuts, they didn't have ANY of the donuts we ordered. He asked for 2 of each of two other donuts that theysaid they had, and when he got home we had 4 of the same donut that were not the ones he asked for.
