I bought a doughnut and coffee at this Dunkin on Sunday Oct 16, 2022, and the donut was hard as a rock. When I went to get a... refund the same rude girl who sold it to me had to show another employee how to do a refund. She never looked my way toapologize or even acknowledge my presence. They were both rude and unprofessional and I had to ask for an apology. I?ll neverpatronize another Dunkin again, as I never was a fan anyway. I guess Starbucks will continue to get my business. We placed a mobile app order today, and they only gave my husband one of 2 bags, the 4 donuts weren't included. Then when he... went back to get the donuts, they didn't have ANY of the donuts we ordered. He asked for 2 of each of two other donuts that theysaid they had, and when he got home we had 4 of the same donut that were not the ones he asked for. I ordered 3 snackin bacons and it was not cooked close to long enough and whatever they put it in to cook it had something burnt... in it previously because it?s black speckles all over the bacon. I never been to this specific location before and will never goback. They also don?t have a phone number listed online so I can?t even call to let them know. Terrible Customer Service! Took my order, told me to pull up in front, after waiting 10 mins. Had to go inside and tried to pick... up my order, rude staff member said she was taking an order and could not help me. Then another staff member asked for it to bemade and I waited another 5 mins. And the woman who originally was rude to me, came over and didn't say anything or an apology..she was so disrespectful and you could've said thank you for waiting or smiled and been more friendly. It costs you nothing tohave a good attitude and provide decent customer service. Did not go here to be insulted for being a loyal customer.... Once in like 2 weeks I crave for donuts.French crullers are amazing ,light and crunchy-soft :) Interesting why there is more... glaze added to the French crullers,they tasted better with less glaze. I would really love to see finally some gluten freedonuts options, at Dunkin?. Read more
