I bought 15 donuts, a full variety of every kind that was available that morning. These were the most unimpressive donuts I?ve... ever had, especially when you take into consideration I paid $52.00. The carrot cake donut had no cinnamon or spice flavorwhatsoever, the apple fritter tasted like old grease in the middle, the chocolate donut was almost bitter. Some relatives from down south saw Firecakes Donuts on a food show in Tennessee and asked me to bring them some. I went to... Firecakes in Naperville and ended up with 8 donuts and a birthday cake donut (~$13)- with a total of ~$43. 24 hours later therelatives had consumed all the donuts. Stopped here for a quick treat whilst shopping. Very cute, quant donut shop with some unique flavors/ingredients. I got the... almond lemongrass old fashioned donut with a pumpkin spice latte. If I had just gotten the donut, I would give this place 5stars. However, I got a latte as well and it was so watery and cold when I got it. For a $5.50 latte, I was extremelydisappointed. Excited to have a Firecakes in Naperville! The donuts are delicious and unique. When we went in near the end of the day on... Monday the offerings looked a little sparse, as did the interior of the store, but the service was quick and friendly. Thecinnamon roll donut was to die for. The only reason I am giving four stars instead of five is the price! For premium donuts youwill pay a premium price. Totally worth it though for a nice treat. Read more

First time trying these donuts and I gave them a 4 because although they were tasty I thought the flavors could have been more... pronounced. The mango chilli was sweet but didn't really taste anything like chilli like I thought it would. The pistachio wasgood but again the flavor was just okay. I also went later in the morning around 11:30 AM and they didn't have a huge selection.I may have to go when the first open. Overall, better than Dunkin' donuts for sure but I think they weren't as great as Ithought they would be. I will go back and try different ones. Yummy donuts in Naperville. Place is nice and modern. Very clean. You can easily order online for a pick up. Service is very... courteous. The different donuts were good and tasty. The dough fluffy. I only give 4 stars because of the frosting (a bit toomuch) and for the weird flashy green color for the pistachio donut. ( looks not really natural). But a nice place to go and havesome good donuts.
