Horrible service, DO NOT let this place ruin your time with family. We walked in at 3pm, not busy hour. The greeter was talking... to 2 other staff, and chose to ignore us. We stood in front of her for several minutes, I knew she saw us, but she still refusedto make any eye contact. Another staff came and took us. Then we ordered, and the waiter served our drinks among other emptydrinks, he was cleaning and serving at the same time, and placed dirty used glasses with our drink. It?s my first time with deepdish pizza, so I have no comments on food. But this place has serious service issue, DO NOT COME. I have never ever seen arestaurant with this awful service!!! Read more
This restaurant is known for deep-dish pizza, this casual chain serves other classic Italian food, plus beer & wine. The... original Chicago Pizza boys and girls from the South. I was a bit worried about the amount of gravy/sauce on top of the pizza,because I normally eat New York style pizza. Well, I can honestly say I have a newfound love! This place was the bomb! Service was a little slow but totally understand. They probably can't hire anyone. Our server did the... best she could. The food was great. I originally had problems with this Giordano's location, but they are now doing EXTREMELY WELL since the Franchisee got bought... out by Corporate! The Staff tries hard to make sure everything is right. I've been a customer of Giordano's for almost 4O yearsnow! I've seen the good and bad over that time! I normally order a Large Stuffed; 2x spinach, 2x cheese, mushroom, pepperoni,black olives and 1/2 ANCHOVY! LOL!!! My wife can't quite handle the anchovy yet, but my 15yr-old daughter loves it! The pie isalways ready to go when we arrive and we live about 12 blocks away. Current pick-up with the Covid-19 virus is not a problem,but wear a mask. Enjoy! UPDATE: With this Giordano's location, if anything, the product quality, consistency, and customerservice are doing better than ever! Management is constantly working with the Staff to maintain a great experience and Standardsof the food. The price is another matter; but, with the Inflation in the price of everything is in line with the cost ofcontinuing to do business in Illinois ???? Read more
do NOT come dine in here. it takes 1 hr for items that are not pizza. on a dead night with a few tables we sat here and waited... an HOUR for wings and pasta. server didn?t bring refills either. when the food finally came the food was so cold they had tosend it back and it looked like disgusting. non edible. the pasta had absolutely no sauce and huge pieces of broccoli. who madethis food? children? never coming back to this location again. what a waste of money Read more
I had a great experience here. The staff is very helpful and welcoming. The appetizers were really good, especially the... garlic cheese bread. The pizza itself was so good. It's cooked to order so prepare to wait 30 minutes or so for your pizza. Iwould definitely recommended this establishment. Read more
