I was so excited to come here but unfortunately the experience was just a disappointment all-around. We ordered a few sides and... few meats. The side dishes took twenty minutes to come out (Corn and garlic Noodles) and it took an additional fifteen minutesfor the actual meat to come at which point the sides were cold. The waiter although nice was not attentive at all. He didn'tclear any plates during the meal even after ordering more food. It's a shame because I've been trying to go here for months butthe service was not anything I've experienced at other Gyu-Kaku locations. Read more

My husband and I have been dying to try this place and finally made a reservation online. For some reason the restaurant called... and told us that we made a reservation after their closing hours, so there seems to be a little bit of an inconsistency on theirpage, but once that was sorted everything went smoothly. The restaurant is huge and was pretty full. We chose one of thespecials and it was definitely a lot of food. It started with the miso soup and salad, both were good! They bought out friedchicken that tasted a little raw. By the time we finished the edamame we were halfway full and they bought out all the meats.Some were definitely better than others but they were delicious across the board. My family and I absolutely love this place for dinner. Everything on the menu is delicious, highly recommend the Prime Kalbi and... spicy cucumber. This is our favorite place to have for family dinner out. Even with the covid regulations, and being shortstaffed The manager was especially accommodating and our waitress, Ana was very attentive and friendly. Table top Japanese bbq restaurant with many options for meal sets complete with salad, miso soup, appetizers, several different... meats (basil chicken, pork belly, beef and sometimes shrimp) to grill and dessert. Ala carte options are available too. Keeping with the theme of table top cooking, s'mores are available for dessert, but so are ice cream or sorbets. The meal setsgive the best value of variety and food quantity. The best meat to grill is the A5 Waygu, it literally melts in your mouth. The pork belly and shrimp were pretty good too. Least favorite - the basil chicken is white meat chicken. It is flavorful buton the dry side, even if you follow the recommended grilling time. Recommend reservations especially on the weekends. We hadreservations and still waited for 50 minutes for our table. It was a busy Saturday night but the staff was slow to clean theempty tables. Several tables were left uncleaned for over 15-20 minutes while at least 8 parties were waiting for tables. Thecleaning staff did a very thorough job of cleaning the tables though. Serving staff was prompt and attentive. Worth a visit asthe dining experience is unique and fun. Read more
