I'm going to give the biggest compliment I can (and a way bigger compliment than Michelin star or cordon bleu IMO) - This place... made me feel like I'm in the Khau Gali of my beloved Ghatkopar! Simply amazing, mouth watering, fantastic food! Couldn't ask formore. And I have the REALLY high standards for Indian street food, especially pani puri! It satisfied my mind and soul. I'm ashappy as food can make me, and nothing can make me happier than good food! Even though the chutney was rancid and potato was abit old, I'll forgive them because other things were extraordinary! Honest used to be our favorite restaurant, but it has taken a wrong turn. Previously, it felt great to go there. The service was... good, the ambiance made it feel homely, and the food was tasty. But, things changed for the bad. The management has decided tofocus on the bottom line over the quality and customer experience. You can no longer order food at the table but must orderbefore sitting. You can see people blocking the checkout register for 10+ minutes to decide what to order and extending the waittime. If you are there during busy times, good luck requesting something more, as you will have to go back in the line and mayhave to wait 20+ minutes for a simple item. Cutlery and all dishes are now use-and-throw. If you order something wet (gravy),you may enjoy some paper with the food. For cups to spoons to anything, you must walk back to the kitchen and pick yourself up.This is no longer a restaurant experience. It feels like a typical fast-food chain but with a horrible crowd flow. Honest is notfast food restaurant; at least their prices are not fast-food level. Most dishes cost north of 12$. Unless you are okay withpaying exorbitant prices, long wait times, okay food, or poor service, don't go! Read more

This is one must have spots for a quick snack meal, totally Indian flavor. Pav bhaji, Chole Bhatura, sandwiches, dosa... etc.... Have any meal or snack, but finish off with a shev puri dahi puri. Read more

This restaurant always makes me happy when it comes to street food. Finally I tried Mumbai Vada Paav and it was so good. Well... presented and tasted so good. I wish they could have given the garlic chutney on the side to make it more hot. Read more

Great place to get vegetarian (and many vegan) indo-Chinese food choices. During this trip we got hakka noodles, gobi manchurian... and szechuan fried rice. All dishes were fantastic. Definitely plan to come back to try many more dishes. Also a good place ifsomeone in the family has food allergies. Read more
