The service was great. Only reason for a 2 star. Now the food. Let me state this. Not worth $40 for just me. The fries cheese... was over fried. The dipping sauce had a spice to it that was not expected. Ordered the stuffed chicken. The breading was ok. Thechicken was cooked just fine but very bland. The cream cheese was definitely a downside to it. Gave it an after taste that didnot sit well with my pallet. The only good thing besides the service was the side salad. All the staff was very attentive. The interior was nicely decorated, and they have a well-rounded menu that isn't too heavy on... your wallet. The only concern would be that they take a while to serve your food (from my experience). Other than that, I wouldcompare it to a better O'Charley. Read more
What a nice change of pace. Houlihans is in a very nice small but cute plaza, clean neat and awesome. Not far from Fox... Valley Mall. I had Lemon Chicken Piccata very delicious. The others had turkey club sandwiches. Instead of fries one hadgarlic mashed potatoes and the other had fresh fruit in place of fries choices are awsome. Service was good and so was thefood ????. The item on the bowl is French onion soup if you like French onion soup it is worth it. Enjoy and get some today. Read more
This Houlihan’s is my favorite location. My go to is the stuffed chicken breast, which has never disappointed. Unfortunately,... my most recent dining experience was awful. Our server was absolutely terrible. He did not know the cocktail nor food menu andbarely visited our table. Additionally, went we brought our disappointment to his attention he shrugged and said, “Okay.”Having waited tables for 10 years I was shocked by his behavior. Our drinks were poorly made and my mother’s martini wasserved a little more than half full. The food portions were extremely small. If I were basing my review on just this visit’sservice, food and drinks I would give 1 star. Fortunately, the manager noticed the lacking service and disappointing food. Heended up comping our entire meal which was incredible and I commend management. Thanks to all of my other excellent experiencesand management’s attentiveness and impeccable service I am happy to provide 5 stars. I know our future experiences will liveup to their normal excellence. I highly recommend this location and if you have any issues reach out to the manager as heclearly understands how to improve any negative experience. Read more
Always definitely every single time Houlihans is a winner! Irregardless of the menu choice, the meal is delicious. You can never... go wrong here. We ordered the Fish Tacos which were crunchy and the French Dip which was great comfort food. Both were yummy andwould definitely order again. Service was friendly and fast. We ordered delivery from here for the family. Firecracker shrimp, herb stuffed mushrooms, chicken fingers, and chicken lettuce... wraps, All great for sharing. The burgers and chicken sandwiches came well prepped for travel and delivery. Toppings areseparate and the fries are crispy and hot. Read more
