I only gave one star because I couldn?t give zero. Who ever the manager is on today?s date &6:51pm, I?m posting this because of... your lack of leadership and not upholding your duties as an manager?..I don?t know his name because he never got on the phone toaddress me. The young man that answered was to scared to give me his name. Not only did they send me the wrong order , thedelivery driver Had very aggressive words with me because he had a ring my doorbell twice. Then I call to get what I order inordered, was hung up on numerous times, and told me they would get to me when they could, while not taking my name or an ordernumber. Then I was being told I was being an inconvenience. Mind you all I?m trying to do is get the food that I paid fordelivered to me. The manager refused to speak to me. They refused to give me my money back and told me that they had to wait forcorporate to send me my money. The pizza is good, this location is poorly run. I ordered something that was supposed to be there in 45 minutes. I waited two... hours so called them and they said they never made it. So they sent it to me ASAP and apologized. They also said they wouldcredit my account given the situation. Mistakes happens and I felt they did what they could. I called back a few months laterto use the credit there was nothing denoted or credited on the account. I explained it, gave dates, etc. and they were notaccommodating. I was told the manager would call me. They never did. I would consider going back if it was under newmanagement. Rosatis came through like a champ. Read more

I enjoyed Jet?s pizza. The Detroit style pan pizza was a nice change up from the tavern style thin pizza I enjoy. This wouldn?t... be my go to pizza place but it?s nice to have a different style once in a while. Beware of what they call giardiniera if you?reused to Chicago giardiniera. It?s good but it is not the same. I did enjoy it on the Eugene supreme. We also ordered slices forthe kids which was nice instead of having to get half and half pizzas. I?d eat here again when in the mood for a change up fromthe pizza I typically eat. Read more
Writing to bring their rating down even if by a little. -The delivery guy called me upset and cussing because he couldn't see... the signs for my building. -Order was missing items, pizza was made wrong, I called the store to have them redeliver the orderand specifically asked them not to send that delivery driver. -The same guy came back, blew up my phone, and rang the doorbellmultiple times. Order from a different store or get Dominos or something. I didn't sign you up to be a middle aged deliveryguy John C., don't cop an attitude because you have to work on a Friday.
