I was very disappointed. The aesthetic is very unique and is done very well, but unfortunately I can’t say the same about the... food. My chicken sandwich had almost no chicken it was 80% breading. None of the food was bad it was just, like I said,disappointing. The shakes look cool but don’t even taste that good and are very expensive. What an amazing experience at Jojo! Our family came and left with smiles from cheek to cheek! The shake is simply amazing. I... ordered a Threes Company, a strawberry banana shake. It was a thick shake, sweet but not overly sweet. Probably too much for asingle person though. We shared among 2 adults and 2 children and it was just right. The cotton candy martini was stunning. Soelegant to look at and even more amazing to drink. The Pops Pot Pie did not look like much on picture, but it's bigger andbetter when it came out! Pros: Milk Shakes are really good we got 3 different ones to try, food was excellent, we tried the Cod Sandwich, Chicken... Sandwich and Smash Burgers, service was great, server was very friendly, atmosphere is fun. Cons: The cost, for a family of 4,it cost us $150, that's for only 3 shakes, 4 Sandwiches and one order of the big waffles fries, I would rather spend this muchmoney at a higher end restaurant then on sandwiches. The bench seats are awful, as are the stool seats, I couldn't wait toleave I was so uncomfortable sitting in these seats, my kids complained about it as well. Read more
Went here for lunch Friday with a friend from out of town. I highly recommend reservations! It was super busy. The seating... downstairs is limited and more 'community' type seating. Meaning you will most likely be bumping elbows with a stranger. Ha haha. I assume the seating upstairs is more like what one would be used to in a typical restaurant. The shakes are monstrous! It was really good but there is no way I was finishing it. I had the hot chicken sandwich. It was ok. Definitely not spicy atall. When my wife decided she wanted to take the kids to JoJo's for shakes in the blistering cold, I thought she was nuts.... Unbeknownst to me, this place serves some incredible food. We sat near the bar and our 3 little ones got to play free videogames. They had all the Atari classics and even NBA jam old school. I had a Rocky IV shake that will put you in a diabetic coma.???? It was delicious. Enough that two can share. I suggest making reservations and coming with an appetite. You will needplenty of room for dessert. Read more
This place is more than just a shake bar. The food is delicious, the cocktails are to die for, and the service is great. I came... here with my friends to catch up & grab a drink & the atmosphere is phenomenal. Our server Nicole B. was super attentive &helpful! Went for date night, was fun for the experience but not somewhere I can see myself going again. I noticed alot of to go orders... being picked up which made sense to me because the food was pretty good but the shakes mediocre, they look great & make for acool photo but most of my toppings were stale, for the price being more than your average appetizer I expected better quality.Service was so so, not very friendly and felt rushed even tho we were 1 of 2 tables.
