Great pizza. Superb service. I picked up an order and didn?t realize until I got home they didn?t give me a salad we had... ordered. When we called they apologized said they would deliver it to our home. We had it in 10 minutes. It?s those littlethings that go a long way. Read more
I asked for no letter or tomato, as you see it's plenty of it! I said hot peppers, but no hot peppers!! Asked for fruit as a... side, they put the cold fruit in the tray with the hot sandwich! Even without the pizza, Lou Malnati's is delicious! I sometimes stop in just to pick up a Lou Malnati's salad for the family.... Even my picky eaters love it, the only salad that they actually request. Today I happened to stop by early before they opened.The employees saw me trying to open the locked door. I've had other places ignore me even with only a few minutes to go beforeopening because rules are rules. Not Lou's - they did open the door and let me in more than 10 minutes early to make mypurchase. Plus once inside they were very friendly and helpful. Thank you for accommodating me! Read more
I didn't know what a Chicago-style pizza really is until I nibble on it. A carryout store of the oldest pizza chain in Chicago,... we recently popped into on the recommendation of my other half and didn't regret it. The lady at the counter taking our orderwas utterly nice! Although I found our large custom pizza to be a bit pricey, I totally forgot it the moment I devoured it.
