I never heard of this place; however I thought I would check it out since I had a $4 coupon from T-Mobile Tuesdays the other day... and was going to expire in a few days. I opted for the McAlister's Club and had potato salad as a side. The sandwich was verygood and so was the service of the person who took my order at the counter for "take out." I saw several other things thatcaught my interest in the menu and I surely will be back even though it's about a 20 or 25 minute ride from my house. I'll tryto make it a little easier and head that way when I'm in that area. If it was closer I know I would go more often. Read more
Don?t order through Google, it costs more money. McCalister?s Customer Service is terrible and will not honor their own pricing.... Manager Akku would not honor previous shifts conversation to make order right and haggled over soup. I?d rather not patron aplace that does not honor their pricing and customer service. Read more
Stood in line for 16 minutes, only 1 cashier who was very sweet, felt bad for her, line out the door, people left instead of... having to wait. This location has gone downhill over the last 2 years. Very messy! Prefer the Oswego location. Read more
All good. The reuben (as noted in other reviews) did not dissapoint. I had the McAlister's Club and it was a real refreshing... change from the norm. Tomato bisque was right on the money...so much so that we went back and got some to take home. Mac &Cheese was just the right thickness. Maybe a little pricey, but I think it was worth the visit. I had black lettuce in my Southwest chicken avocado salad. Showed the Manager and she said they don't cut the salad up, it comes... in bags. That's Great. Still doesn't change the fact the bad lettuce was buried in the middle of the salad under the toppings. Iate most of it before I saw 8 pieces of nasty lettuce. She then offered to remake it...Why? Ordered the BLT and a garden salad - it was subpar at best. The bacon looks like it?s the precooked freezer bacon. The BLT... itself was super lackluster. The garden salad had dry shredded cheese, three croutons, and the chili- lime vinaigrette wasoverly sweet. Would not order from here again. Read more
The food we got from here was honestly pretty good and I had no intention of writing any sort of review, but then I bit into the... last part of my sandwich where I found an inch long piece of toothpick (the pointy end) laying horizontally with the turkey.This was a club sandwich that had been held together by two toothpicks (both of which were whole and not the source of thischunk). I'm just thankful that when I bit into my sandwich I bit down onto the hidden toothpick rather than trying to swallowit. I would warn anyone eating from here to watch out as this place obviously doesn't have the basic quality control needed toensure that pointy chunks of wood aren't sitting hidden in your sandwich.
