I give this McDonald's one star because of the Hispanic guy taking the orders in the drive thru. I made my order this morning... and he did not repeat the order or tell me how much it was. When I got to the window I asked him how much and he sneered at mewith a mean angry face and reluctantly told me. I paid for my order and was left with a bad experience just because I wanted toknow the price. If this employee cannot handle the pressure of the drive thru please give it to a more pleasant person. Came to this McDonalds at night and the lady at the drive thru that took my order was very rude the whole Time cutting and... interrupting me while I was telling Her my order and she said one crispy sandwich would take 7 minutes to make and when I saidit was not a problem she made a weird comment. When I approached the window to pay for the food I tried to make small talk toease the lady's attitude and so I asked what time she got out and she we are open 24 hrs later she gave me my food and when Ichecked it the lettuce on the chicken sandwich was black and looked bad and the tomatoes were dry and past expired looking. I'mnot sure why this McDonald's is as that bad, the service attitude and food were extremely nasty. Never going to come to thislocation. Maybe sanitation services should come here. I was very happy & satisfied with my food!! Everything was hot!! My Big Macs had enough sauce & were not dry like they usually... are! The seating areas are nice and modern. The staff is constantly walking around to keep the dining areas clean. It?s hard tofind a McDonald's anywhere like this one. The food was actually better than the other McDonalds. This McDonald's shows that theycare what their customers think of their overall service and keeps me coming back. This McDonald's is the best in the area. Read more
