They seriously need to step it up. McDonald's stores are usually decent, just not this one. I went there 2 different times and... BOTH times, my coffee was not the way I like it. Last time I waited 20 minutes, the gut next to me waited 4 minutes and we gotour orders at the same time. Read more

Chose to eat inside so fries would be fresh. Fries were dry, hard and just warm. We returned them immediately for fresh ones. We... got the same kind of fries. AWFUL. when we left I informed the woman at the counter how awful and old and dry they were. Shejust looked at me. No apology no comment. I looked over at the fry station and there were several boxes of made up fries. Therewere no one waiting in line! Those fries were going to be worse than ours when ordered. I can't believe I'm taking the time to review a McDonald's but this one needs help. The drive thru is always backed up. You sit... at the speaker waiting for service but the real issue here is why are the prices so much higher than at other McDonald's? Takethe time and drive to the really nice one by Target on Diehl rd. Their customer service is outstanding and cheaper. Read more
Their espresso machine is constantly not working, at least when I ask for extra in my coffee... they are pretty fast to fill... orders and they ladies are very nice. The guys and girls at the windows are pretty nice also and flexible. But if you orderpickup, like curbside pick up, be prepared to wait a little. Or just go in for your order. Read more
All of my food looks fine and it was fresh as that?s what I asked for. When grabbing through the bag I came across this package... of ketchup and it definitely has something funky on it. I?m not going to make a huge deal about it but with how everything hasgone to hygiene priority due to the virus, I think this shouldn?t be something I should be finding next to my food. I just came from there and I want to acknowledge the professionalism that I witnessed of the staff. I ordered a shake in the... drive thru. The woman ahead of me in the mini van was being rude and disrespectful towards the staff. She turned off her van anddemanded to speak to the manager. I began honking my horn so that the staff did not have to listen to her useless complaint. Sheeventually started her car and went on her way. When the staff took my money they were courteous and even apologized for thewoman?s behavior. Read more
