Not pleased with the visit. I had to repeat my order several times. And when I asked for my receipt the guy that took the money... said the receipt will be at the next window. Got to the next window no receipt because there machine was not working. Nosolution to me getting a receipt. When I know that they could have had it printed at another machine. Not cool. Read more
Stay away McDonald's Never again I had not been to McDonald's for a long time. Stopped at the one at 75th and Naper. The... place was empty. I ordered a chocolate shake and it's like they just put a little dab for light color I requested chocolate with the girl did not... suggest to add any more chocolate I'm literally drinking a vanilla shake when I ordered chocolate. I ordered 2 mcchicken with only American cheese. And they gave us the hot and spicy and we are not a spicy family. I called the... manger and once I asked for her name she hung up on me. The Entryway, waiting area and dining area were immaculately clean, the service was fantastic and the product is always amazing.... We appreciate the family friendly environment and the never-ending display of attention and respect. The foods tasted goodbecause the chicken was tender and juicy since it was well-made. Also, the vegetables were so fresh and natural as they werehealthy. Chicken nuggets are BOMB! so, I enjoyed eating them because they were satisfying enough to eat. The interior of this McDonald's is surprisingly clean and upscale. There are couches and counter style seating with lots of... power outlets. Food is served to your table after ordering and taking a number. Seems to be a pleasant departure from theMcDonald's I remember. Read more
