Was at the drive thru today and only 2 cars in front of me?. I ordered online and took over 40 mins to get. Watch over 10-12... cars drove away because it was so dang slow!!!! Got my food and everything including the two large fries cold and hard as arock. Told them and they wanted me to wait at window 3, which looked like a door instead. Waited and waited another 20 minsfor fries and no one came?. Called and finally another 5 mins later someone brought it. Saw another set of ten cars drive passme (again). This McDonald?s would get more business if they had better service. No sense of urgency, no standards for foodsand when initially asked if they had fish filet sandwich on the speaker was ignored 4 times. Decided not to order more. Onlyto wait a long time for just two cars in front of me at drive thru for mobile order. Reached the window and was not greeted forover 5 mins. Totally ignored there too. Smh ??????????? First and last time at this McDonald?s. Long wait for cold stalefoods. Also they gave me 5 nuggets instead of 6 as I ordered. Only thing good was my cold burger. Fries ???? were theworst!!! Read more

My fries were stale refried fries, and they left out my sauce for my 20 piece chicken nuggets, when they had almoat 20 sauce... packets spilled on the drive thru counter... Never coming back here. The fries actually hurt my teeth they were so hard andstale. I ordered a big mac meal with 20 nuggets, and for the ridiculous $16+ dollars i paid for me meal, i enjoyed none of it...i'm sitting here eating dry stale nuggets, after i threw out my refried stale fries, and feeling kinda nauseous after the bigmac... i almost want to get my money back, but i don't have time, and i wasn't even given a reciept. After waiting 16 min for my drive thru order, I finally called the store. I was told there was a problem in the kitchen and I... would have my order within 5 min. I said, bring me a different sandwich if it is going to be longer than 5 min. It came 8 minlater. No coupon, no offer. Just ?uh sorry?. First, you didn?t have the courtesy to come tell me there was a problem after 15min, and then you go over the time you give. Huge lost opportunity to do the right thing. Read more
It seems like this restaurant has been renovated recently, and it was pleasant to stay there to eat. The service was quick as... usual, but the burgers stacked neatly without pickles scattered all over the box or condiments spilling over the sides. Despiteeating in a fast-food chain restaurant, I value the presentation of the meal over how quickly it's made. When it comes toMcDonald's, "Double quarter pounder with cheese" is my go-to choice. But, because it's rather bulky, it reflects how careful theemployees are with each order (taken into account that they don't have a long line in the drive-through, and dine-in is notjam-packed either). The place is clean and full of light, drinks refill works, and the bathroom is open. Read more
Only ordered a medium fry and a Large Coke which both were perfect. The fries were fresh but not fresh out of the oil which was... nice so my son could eat them right away. From ordering, to paying, to getting our order was less then 30 seconds so thank you!! Read more
I know it?s beef so it?s technically edible, but it?s still kind of gross when your not expecting it, and you just taste cold... uncooked meat when you?re biting into a sandwich. Like how long has this been frozen? Read more
