It's Panda. You honestly go there for the entree you have a taste for and that's about it. I went for work lunch and it was... busy which means drive thru got priority over folks in the lobby. Man that took forever and most of my gusto of wanting to gothere. I literally drove by 4 other local spots... you know.... It wasn't that bad. Just they needed extra help for the lunchrush. Read more
I went there to have my lunch, food trays were empty, there were just "sample of food". Really so what I supposed to eat. I... mentioned to one of the employees that trays were so empty, she just look at me like wherever.she didn't even said more food arecoming or something. So unprofessional for being a Panda Brand. Ordered a fried rice plate with orange chicken and broccoli beef. When i tell you i got home and saw what I got I laughed.... Literally 4 measly pieces of beef, rice was pale and hard with no flavor. This particular store has gone way down in quality.Considering the price serving this is unfair to the public. I dont want a refund I want you to be better. Read more
I love Panda Express if I'm starving and the healthier options like their super greens is great. I hope panda express tries... their best with locally sourcing food which they might. This location for some reason is always under staffed. Also, either youcan exclusively go in and order or only go through the drive-thru. I hope this changes soon as I feel bad for the people who dowork there because it must be stressful. Read more
I haven't eaten here in a very long time, because my last visit was disgusting, but trying to give them another chance. I... ordered online for pickup at 1123 E. Ogden, Naperville At 4 :12 LOL WANSNT READY UNTIL 4:22 AND I ORDERED 1/2 FRIED RICE And1/2 greens, 3 side of walnut shrimp , and vegitables egg rolls. Shrimp over cooked and has an old smell to it, this is not friedrice its mashed rice and no vegetables, and no sauce for the egg rolls,they are soft without a slight crunch and toochewy...inside of vegetables roll mostly cabbage a pinch of carrot and some king of green.. So I ordered Teriyaki Chicken. Figured I would give it a chance. Yeah that was a mistake. We all know things don't come like... they're pictured but how far off could it be... Well boy was I in for a shocker!!! I opened the container, dumped it into abowl and then walked straight outside and tossed it for animals to eat. Whoever thought it was a good idea to scrape thegarbage can and serve it should be kicked. Only thing I will ever get from there is fried rice anymore.... Read more
Waited over 20 minutes for one plate of food. Bathrooms were locked. Absolutely horrible service. This isnt the first bad... experience I've had at this location. I would rate 0 stars if possible. Read more
