Panera always was a little pricey but you use to walk away from a lunch or dinner with a satisfied feeling that you spent your... money well. Now you walk away feeling ripped off. I picked two--and received a two swallow bowl of broth with 3 noodles, onepiece of chicken and one carrot. Yes --I counted. The sandwich was 3 bites and they charge over $10?! Panera is not worth it!They need to rethink what they offer to their customers. I do not mind paying for a meal but not a meal that leaves not only mypocketbook empty but my stomach as well! Got the Mediterranean sandwich with a chocolate latte. Sandwich was fresh but for a 16oz latte that costed $5.32 I felt like the... taste of both the coffee and chocolate could?ve been a bit better. Still a great experience though and will plan to come back. Read more
If I can give this place 0 stars I would. I can't get a hold of anyone at this location. I've tried for the past 1 1/2 hour. I... pressed the catering option which prompts you to another location and they even emailed and tried calling and still no response.My delivery order was completely wrong. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS. Usually when people go to work they do their jobs, at thislocation that's obviously what doesn't happen. I want a full refund and will never order from this place again. Read more
We had dinner here with 5 kids and 2 adults. The person taking are order was very patient and thorough. Our order came out... perfectly. All the kids were happy. The corn Chowder could have used a bit more flavor. We were glad we are here and would comeagain. Read more
I love Panera Bread, especially their Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt. The bread is fresh, the avocado creamy, and the chipotle on... top is delicious! We came in for breakfast this morning and tried some new stuff. The chocolate croissant and Spinach & BaconSoufflé. Both were delicious with light flaky pastry and delicious ingredients. This restaurant however needs some TLC. Thestaff were low energy, unenthusiastic, and the tables are sticky! Read more
We came here for lunch. We made a mistake while ordering our food at the kiosk but Jordan, the manager, was exceptionally nice... and helpful in ordering the right dish ( serving it himself and with no additional cost). Super service!! Read more
