The food isn't bad at all but personally I wouldn't go there again. The wait time was long and price was more expensive then I... would have thought and my shake looked like it was only fiiled to like 75% of the cup. Food was hot and fresh. Workers were nice and personable. Shout out to Moe for the great service.
Pretty slow service. Only ordered a shake and brussel sprouts and the shake was about 7 minutes and brussel sprouts were about... 15. The place wasn't packed, it was around 1/4 capacity or less. The kids making shakes was going pretty slow as well. The stuffwas good but it was just so slow. Waited for a while then left to go to order food from Dave's. The food is really good. The prices for what you get are just out of touch. Meaning at $14 for a double burger, a few tots and... drink I can?t afford this every day. Maybe once a week at best. Be prepared to wait. I have been three times since they openedand it?s not fast by any means. Not deadly slow but not fast. The first time I went I waited to get waited on for 5 minutes withno order taken and no one in line. So I left. Other times are much better. This location looks like there is no way in but thegate on the left by the chicken place is how you get in. Personally I think they should remove the door. Also they need an opensign in the window. I personally am not much of a burger lover, but these burgers are better than any other burgers I have tasted anywhere. The... chicken sandwich was also the best I've had. You get what you see. The burger and chicken sandwich looked like what you see onan ad. They were dressed so neatly and with such fresh ingredients, that I had to just stare at it. That first bite of thechicken was hot and crispy. Fully cooked but so juicy. The lettuce was still crisp and they had just the right amount of mayo.It wasn't dripping with mayo like most sandwiches I've had. My kids and hubby all had burgers. I tried my sons burger, oh wow!That meat was seasoned well without being salty. Meat was properly cooked and still juicy too. I will probably get a burger onmy next visit. Read more
WHY IS MY POST HIDDEN? YOU NEED TO HEAR THE TRUTH. IT IS THE ONLY WAY TO IMPROVE. I am currently here at the Smashburger... @Naperville Crossing waiting for my order. There are 4 workers here. Nobody looked up or greeted me for almost 2 minutes. Theyoung female with no name tag that took my order looked angry and it appeared that my presence was bothering her. I smiled ather and said hello and she looked at me in the eye without smiling back and just stood there ignoring my hello waiting for me toorder.
