I don't know why these employees are never happy or greet the customers like they matter. Once again, my order was made... incorrectly. It's a kale smoothie, how do they think it's ok to hand me something that is orange?! Then act like Iinconvenienced them. No sorry, nothing but a drink that should be called a chunky! If you don't mind waiting 30 minutes for 3 smoothies, come to this location. Also, the 3 drinks didn't come out at once. Some... other customers drinks (who ordered after us) got theirs in between ours. Don't really understand their system. Yea yea, I'veworked in the food industry for 15 years, what do I know? Just loved having my puppy wait outside for that long so his ownerscan spoil themselves with some blended beverages. Have to agree with the other low reviews. Ordered online. Came 5 min after my promised ready time. They were fairly busy. Then... they started making orders for people who just arrived at the store ahead of my order placed 25 minutes prior. Had to standaround and wait 20 min after they said it would be ready. First time - ordered a high intensity. Great deal of protein for the amount. Service was quick and efficient. Take a sip - it?s... delicious. Took a bad step, dropped the whole thing on my shoe. Walked back in for some napkins to clean up. Maya asked whathappened. I let her know and she saw my smoothie stained shorts. They attached photo apparently doesn?t apply to all orders. I ordered a smoothie, waiting 39 minutes and got my drink and... didn?t like it. I asked them to remake it and they said they had to charge me, even when I pointed out the sign. What kind ofcompany doesn?t standby their product?
