Felt invisible. Terrible service. Waited 5 minutes (no else in line) b4 any of the 3 baristas acknowledged me and that was... because the manager finally acknowledged me. I didn?t say anything but the baristas informed me that they were trying to figureout something on the register. I said no problem. Then wait another 10 minutes for my coffee. Basic expresso drink. Anotherbarista asked what I ordered and she looked around and said it was chilling in the drive thru area!!!??? I was dismayed anddiscussed at the organized chaos that was happening in this store.
