Felt invisible. Terrible service. Waited 5 minutes (no else in line) b4 any of the 3 baristas acknowledged me and that was... because the manager finally acknowledged me. I didn?t say anything but the baristas informed me that they were trying to figureout something on the register. I said no problem. Then wait another 10 minutes for my coffee. Basic expresso drink. Anotherbarista asked what I ordered and she looked around and said it was chilling in the drive thru area!!!??? I was dismayed anddiscussed at the organized chaos that was happening in this store. Stay away from this location!!! Horrible service!!! Never had such slow service at a Starbucks!!! I am never a person who... complains. I am patient, I understand that you have to wait when it is rush hour I am understanding. But today someone had to gobeyond the limits, the person who was making the drink may have been newly accepted and still learning, but when I asked to talkto the manager who is standing in the back, they didn?t care, didn?t look to see what the problem may have been and what wasgoing on at the store. Good morning coffee! The staff were friendly, the manager was very nice and the sandwich was extremely hot!
The staff are non courteous, took my order after 10 min, and they gave my coffee cold when I ordered hot coffee. When I asked... for warming it up, they were giggling and laughing among them. Not a typical Starbucks kind of greeting the customer. Read more
