I ordered more than 100 times of salted Caramel cold brew with splash of coconut milk on the apps and in stores. Only this store... charges me extra 80 cents. The staffs said they don?t know why all of other stores and apps has not charge, but they are right.Meanwhile, they blocked order ahead on the apps in a slow Sunday morning. Employees are very incompetent. This Starbucks is closest to me and every time I come here my order gets messed up. I?ve had my... order get messed up 4 times?. Then I have to sit and wait for them to correct my order after waiting in the line forever. Iunderstand mistakes happen but 4 times is a little excessive. This never happens when I go to other Starbucks locations. I thinkI will start going to another Starbucks. Read more

Sorry that I am giving one star to the food, staff is cooperative, but the food was worst, I am a Indian Pakistani by birth,... never had food like this, never recommend to no one, I think they should learn first how to cook Indian Pakistani food . I usually don't have an issue at this location, but my mobile order wasn't fulfilled in a timely manner. My drinks weren't ready... until 20 minutes after the order was placed. This has happened twice so far, and I'm super frustrated and disappointed. Read more

I just wanted to say that I go to Starbucks multiple times a week and always have great service but when we visited on Monday,... Jaime was outstanding!!! He was so kind, helpful, customer centered and welcoming. I said to my husband I wonder if he?s themanager because he?s got manager energy. My dad, worked for Starbucks for most of childhood, 15 years so I am passionate aboutthe company but have never looked up a way to leave a review. Jaime deserves a shout out! Read more

I just got a mango Dragon fruit refresher. Both of these are the same drink. The right one is the first and the left is one... after i complained. Only difference is how much dried fruit they put in. First one had no taste other than sweet. Glad icomplained. Every other time I'm here they've done it great which is why i still gave it 4 stars. Read more
