Went to have a coffee with family., Placed an order for 2 American Latte and Spearmint Gun and Butter popcorn for the kid. After... placing the order asked the person on the billing counter should I wait to get the Coffee., she informed that I will be calledonce it?s ready. Went and had a seat patiently waited for 30 minutes no sign of coffee coming., hence I went to the billingcounter to check the status of when I will be receiving the order. This time there was a new person who had no clue about myorder and said my coffee dint had a label and it was picked by some body else and it will take some more time for my order. Wowso basically they wasted 35 minutes and they want me to wait for further long to get the coffee. How do you explain that.. Igive up!! End up canceling my order. Never expected this kind of casual customer service who don?t value and respect customersprecious time. The manager chipped in realized that they have messed it up he was trying to compensate me with some Gift Cardbut who would need that.? Will that few bucks compensate the 35 minutes which was wasted I guess not. Have decided not to go toStarbucks for a coffee anymore. Worst customer service!!! Read more

I was visiting all the way from Georgia and Cesar made my trip!!! He made the best grilled cheese I?ve ever had, better than my... own mother. It?s sad you can only give a 5 star rating because this was definitely 10 stars. Thank you Cesar, I will definitelybe back. Read more

We?ve stopped coming to this location over the last 12 months as they are constantly out of ingredients, and when they do have... ingredients - it takes 25 minutes to get your order. There?s five people working behind the counter with one hustling and fourstanding there watching. This morning was the final time I will order from this location as they forgot the espresso in myhusband?s coffee (?!). Take your hard earned dollars and buy better expensive coffee elsewhere. Just getting to expensive!!! I refuse to leave good reviews at any of their locations. Till they listen to the customers! And... bring back the Very berry Hibiscus refresher!!! Why dont they listen to their customers wants? And not force them to drink!Something that corporate chooses for us as paying customers to drink!!! Not fair! November 27- 10:30 THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME I went through the drive thru and ordered a cappuccino with oat milk because I do... not tolerate cows milk. I specifically told that TWICE to the girl that was taking my order that it has to be oat milk. She toldme she heard me the first time and that I should move on. I then got my drink and a couple minutes later I realized that it wasmade with cows milk. I then came back to the store, waited in line for 20 min and asked to get another drink. Then the workertold me the waiting time is 35 minutes and that they will not give me a refund. All the workers are rude and I left withoutanything. Read more
