This Starbucks is usually super busy, after the morning rush they tend to still seem busy some days of the week and your order... may be slightly delayed. It's been this way for the past couple years I've lived near this location. Otherwise, it's a standardStarbucks. Read more
Came here late, about 30 mins before close. Molly greeted me pleasantly and professionally-which sometimes doesn?t happen that... late.. And the girl hooked it up on the drink. I just started ordering this oatmilk shaken expresso drink. I ordered a Grande this morning. Just ordered a venti with light... ice. I'm glad I paid for a venti but actually was given a Grande?? I prefer the morning crew. My drink was perfect. After 4pmnot so much the taste was a bid weird. Way off from the one I purchased this am. I know when I was given my drink I looked andjust drive off. At lunchtime - the lights were on but nobody was home - literally. All the lights in the building were on. Registers appeared... to be on. Drive-thru sign was lit up. Cars going through a drive-thru that appeared to be, and should've been, open tryed toorder but were leaving frustrated (some angrily) after waiting and waiting for anyone to take their order. But no one did. Withthe street appearance of being open, a small sign on the front door told you why 'no one' was home at lunchtime. There was aneasel sign at the drive-thru but it was by the employee entrance and placed in a way customers in the drive-thru couldn't seeit. Only potential customers who parked their car and walked up to the customer entrance saw the 8 1/2 x 11 sheet of paper tapedto the door that read, "only open from 1:30 - 9:00 daily. Good thing other restaurants realize people still eat lunch thesedays. I, like a lot of other disappointed customers, went elsewhere to spend our $. But I didn't leave until I moved the easelsign into the driving area of the drive-thru so other customers Starbucks could've had wouldn't waste their time waiting for noone to take their order. 3 mornings a week I go to this starbucks and get an iced oatmilk latte. Always have oatmilk reliably. Changed to 5 stars, only... issue is this place is always jam packed in the morning. It may have to do with the downtown starbucks being closed untildecemeber. Read more
