Order # 3E052D29-6E. Ordered online and picked up in store. When opened, I 1) ordered a veggie patty and there was no patty just... a note saying ran out of patty 2)Ordered 3 sauces and found just one 3) I was having the sub in the way back home and didn?tfind even a single tissue to wipe hands 4) Called the store to mention the bad customer service and they told they are busy anddon?t have time to listen. UPDATE: We have been back to this location several times now and they are back to what we expect from Subway! We pick up lunch... from this store all the time. Up until today they've been good. Apparently management thinks the employees are using too manyvegis per sandwich. Told them to stop. I've included a pick of my 12" Turkey/Provolone. It was supposed to have lettuce,tomato, cucumber, black olives, pickles, red onion and mayo on it. You tell me if this is Subway's standard. Food costs havegone up for everyone. If produce is more expensive then raise the price of the sandwich $1 instead of charging the same andgiving less! It's good business. Read more

This location is very convenient but we did have quality issues with their bread and vegies recently. Staff was rude when we... notified them too. We drive 5 minutes more and go to another friendlier location. Read more

I would not recommend this place. Tried multiple times as it is nearest Subway to me and they never care to make things... right. Sometimes they run out of bread, sometimes lettuce is not fresh. Sometimes their internet doesn't work for online orders. Read more

Ordered over app. Husband picked up order and didn?t check it. Short 2 bags of chips. My sub had way too much Mayo and... mustard. Impossible to dispute or report issue in app. Emailed customer service. Reply from owner just generic sorry for yourexperience Don?t order on app Read more

Ordered 3 subs through their app. Got there 5 minutes after the app said it would be ready. They hadn't started making the subs... yet. I went outside and had to wait 15 more minutes before it was ready (there were about a dozen people packed into the littleroom waiting). So much for ordering through Subways app and being safe from Covid. Read more
