I never leave reviews for places but I had to for this place because I am honestly shocked. It is so hard to find fairly priced,... delicious vegan breakfast food around here and this place checks all of my boxes. My order was very fairly priced, it was sodelicious, it was still super hot when it was delivered, and so filling! The portion was generous and I?m just truly amazed. Please keep these vegan options because you will have a fan for life! Read more

Very fun and delicious restaurant. Their pumpkin coffee cake and pancakes are fantastic. We had a family brunch there and... everyone really liked what they got. Will definitely be going again! Wait staff was very friendly and attentive. Read more

Family owned "hole in the wall" diner with many repeat customers who feel at home. Good breakfast , home made food. Loved it

Great food. I normally avoid red meat, but I heard the food was good so I got their Texas eggs Benedict with cornbread and... braised beef and it was worth it! Read more

Searched for ?diner? and this place was number 2 on the list. Decided to give it a shot and was pleasantly surprised and happy... about the decision. Came in around 10:30 am and had Jose as my server. Wonderful person and very attentive. Wasn?t slow in therestaurant but wasn?t busy either. Coffees was awesome. Ordered some French toast with scrambled eggs, bacon, and sausage witha blueberry coffee cake. Their have 2 types of French toast - thin or thick - and I got the thick. They also offer pure maplesyrup for a small charge. Everything was of better quality and tasted great. The stand outs were the bacon and blueberry coffeecake. The bacon was fresh and was crispy. Most blueberry coffee cakes have a problem with being too moist. To my surprise it wasnot and was absolutely great. The coffee cake it cooked perfectly without being too dry and the little drizzle on top sets itoff. I recommend trying this place. Looks super small from the outside but has much more room on the inside. They also have artwork on the walls that are for sale on behalf of the ?Aurora Art League.? Maybe buy some art while you eat. We have been coming to this place at least 1 weekend a month since we moved to Naperville 2 years ago. We are breakfast people... and we were trying to fill the void of our old favorite spot? well, we found our new one! Every visit we have the staff isoutstanding, the food is delicious, and there is hardly ever a wait longer than a few minutes to clean up our table. They arealways busy but never make you feel like you are not valued there as a customer. We love The Lucky Penny and recommend it toeveryone we know in the area. Read more

The place was delicious the location looks like a hole in the wall but inside it?s a little bit more spacious. Apart from that... the food was amazing and it?s definitely worth coming here. Didn?t get too many check ins from the waiters so I subtracted astar but 4 stars due to the great food. Read more
