I go to Memphis and Kansas City regularly and have had BBQ all over the US. This unassuming little place in a strip mall had the... BEST pulled pork sandwich I?ve ever had. Huge portion of tender juicy flavorful pulled pork with a perfect coleslaw on type ongrilled toast that tasted like homemade bread. Homemade BBQ sauce to die for. I loved the food. Got the smoked reuben and it was very good, excellent spice and the smoke came through perfectly. My kid had... the grilled cheese and she loved it (I took the parent tax, it was really good). Going to come back and try brisket. Had agood first visit and will be back. Good luck! Read more
I live in the apartments behind this restaurant and I got curious to try this place and I am beyond happy I tried it! The owners... were super friendly and accommodating. There was legit love in this food. Over the last few years I feel like every food placeis a chain, mediocre, mass produced and it?s all the same Sysco foods there is no passion, and nothing fresh but the swinecellar is everything but those things. It was fresh food, good service and high quality meats and ingredients. I highlyrecommend the brisket sandwich, chicken wings and the chili was fantastic as well. Read more
