I was an employee working at this location. From the moment I started I had a bad experience. GM Brian is unprofessional and... Denied me HR and Corporate information. Been trying to reach out to Corporate for about a week now and they?re line isunavailable for some reason. Everyday I?d come into work I felt harassed because GM would try to address problems with me thatdidn?t involve me as if I knew what was going on. Or they would try to make a issue out of nothing when I?m neutral witheveryone. That would always keep me on guard because I never knew what to expect when walking into a shift. There was a managerin particular Lanay who has always been rude, disrespectful and had threaten me. Everyday I?d come into work and there wasalways tension for no real reason. I?ve heard her tell another employee indirectly that she was going to slap me which againwould cause me to always be on guard during my shifts with her. I was supposed to be cross trained and never was. I?d be tossedfrom station to station and if I wasn?t moving fast enough for them or I made an error instead of patiently and respectfullycorrecting me, management would get upset with me and have a nasty attitude towards me. There was an issue one time with my payand I tried reaching out to the GM for him to tell me employees can?t contact him and if we wanted to speak with him we wouldhave to go through another manager. Which was very difficult. There?s been a few times where I would have to step away forprayer for my religion and I was held back from stepping away at the times I had to? I decided to leave the company becauseemployees were too messy and I didn?t feel secure, safe or respected as an employee. Wendy?s as an establishment is amazing andI thank you for the work opportunity, but what I can?t tolerate is working under management who doesn?t respect their employeesand neglects employees needs. Worst customer experience, really hated the staff and their whole process was super unprofessional and slow not to mention... frustrating. They?re were about 9 cars in line for more than 25 minutes and people just started leaving. Read more

Apparently they only have the inside open at limited times, yet they don't have a sign up letting people know that. I walked... over from the motel to find that the inside was not open at breakfast time or even dinner time. Well, McDonalds, Buona, Culversand other places in walking distance have gotten my business instead. Read more

AWFUL. They sent me a Grubhub order when I ordered door dash. When I called to tell them this the manager answered the phone... saying, ?hello? so I asked if this was wendy?s? He stated ?no this is *insert my fathers name*? which now I realize he got offmy caller ID but at the time I thought omg what is wrong w my dad?!? Why is a random man answering saying this is my father??Then I ask is my dad okay?? And he says idk I?ll check for you? and then hangs up on me!!!! Then takes the phone off the hook!!I then went there and asked who is answering the phones and he says ? ?no one? oh well that?s nice. Then proceeds to give me acash refund for an Uber eats online order and doesn?t even offer to fix my food? worst experience ever not to mention I had asmall panic attack thinking something was wrong w my dad all because I called a wendy?s. We stop off at wendy's during a walk from the hotel to get fresh air. The establishment was only open to drive through customers... due to lack of staff. We bought some drinks and sat outside for around an hour. There were few customers during thistime. Priory to leaving we did visit the inside to use the facilities. Had the worse experience at this location. Absolutely disgusting. Came on 8/8 around 10 pm. So the gentleman who took my order... hands were soaking wet. Literally soaking wet. And he handed my card back and it was wet. Had to santize it because who knowswhat was on his hands. And he was super rude. Said nothing to me. Didn hand me a receipt. I tried to ask him about the receiptbut he just closed the window on me with me sitting there. So i gestured him to open the window. He said the receipt is at thenext window. Didnt make any sense how he ran my card but the receipt is at the next window? Makes no sense but whatever. I goto the next window, greeted with the same TERRIBLE attitude. She just aggressively handed me my food and closed the window,saying nothing. No receipt. Just a miserble attitude for no reason. I wss nothing but nice and patient with these people. Saidmy please and thank yous like a normal person One of the chicken nuggets was soggy. Didnt notice until I already already ate 3.Very concerning considering wet hands guy. This location clearly doesnt value food sanitation considering the world we live inwith COVID and monkey pox. This location should be ashamed of themselves. Heres to hoping I don't get sick.
