This wendys is so gross with customer service. I was livid. I was in the drive-through at 12:20am sunday as they closed at 1.... The person at the window was deliberately stalling in between orders so they did not have to do their entire job up until close.You are supposed to take orders then fulfill them. They were telling people to hold on at the speaker between every order. IFTHERE ARE PEOPLE IN LINE BEFORE 1 AM TAKE CARE OF THEM. I finally got to the speaker at 12:59 and said hello and nothing. Consistently have problems with this location on every platform there is, drive thru included.
This is the world's fastest Wendy's!!! The food just materializes!! Taco bell across the street must be jealous!!
Everytime I go here something is wrong. I've had them forget the cheese on a cheese burger, leave part of the wrapper on beef... that made it into a sandwich, turn a chicken sandwich into a 2 patty beef grease bomb, and just leaving off an item in a 4 itemorder. The time I ate part of a wrapper that was impeded in the sandwich was probably the worst but bad things happen sofrequently it's hard to be sure. Read more
Tried to go in for lunch and inside dining was closed. Based on only 3 workers being there I assume it was due to a lack of... workers. The sign out front stating they were hiring with a starting pay of $12/hr makes me understand why. I would never goback into working retail/fast food for that kind of money either. Ended up doing drive thru and everything was correct andtasted good. Read more
