Going to BICE was a great reminder of what it was like in the old days when service was taken seriously and the essence of... relaxation and enjoyment in a restaurant was a paramount importance. Carlo the front of the house manager really had a handle onthe restaurant. He was joyful and kinds and made appropriate and humorous references to the old country. Our waitress Diana wasvery well aware of the menu And made appropriate recommendations for our palate. ironically, and without knowing, we came at atime where everything was 50% off the menu. So needless to say we ate like pigs. The one thing I would recommend to anyone whois going to enjoy the gift of 50% off of this fine restaurant is to remember to multiply your check times two and tipaccordingly. I would also recommend the manager add a surcharge so the waitresses can Properly be remembered during this time ofthe afternoon. Other than that the food was wonderful the appetizers were creative and the endive salad was crazy good. My wifeenjoyed a tortellini with walnuts and some other goodies which I don’t remember but the taste was phenomenal. Certainly makethis stop along the way during this time for a great deal and quality of food in this very competitive market here in Naples!Thanks Diana and Carlo. Read more

Good Italian restaurant near the beach. The fettuccini a la bolognese and the grilled sea bass with grapes tomatoes, balsamic... trufflé and sautéed spinach were good. The tiramisu was ok. Good service. Read more
I … just don’t know what happened here. We often go to the Bice in West Palm that scores high in every regard. Here, the... service barely gets by and the food is pretending, at best, to be “Italian”. Pastas are overcooked and drowned in sauce andcheese, as most of the other dishes seem to be. The refined elegance of what Italian cooking should be are nowhere to be foundhere: The Chef should be ashamed, as should the Bice chain be. Read more
We have been to BiCE several times and the food has always been wonderful as well as the service. But this time the food was... very good and the service was second rate at best, in other words not very good. Our server was less than friendly and pleasant.We were a party of 4 and we all walked away feeling the same way. We ordered appetizers they were delivered to the table and wewere more than half way done with them before the server even bothered to come by the table to see if everything was okay. Thiswas repeated with the main courses as well. We had ask another server for more water because we couldn't get our serversattention. Our friends were drinking wine and she never bothered to come back to the table and ask if they wanted anotherglass. As I said earlier the food was very good but the service was not. We will think very carefully about going back to BiCEbased on this experience. Spending approximately $300.00 for that kind of service just doesn't make sense. Delicious food on the 5the Ave!. Being to the one in NYC n wanted to see if this location matches the same quality and it does.... Food was fresh and well presented. Service was a bit lacking as our main waiter was slow on fulfilling our request or didn’toffer anything extras such as pepper or cheeses for my pasta. Fantastic meal and experience! Everything was very good but our favorites were: Buratta with prosciutto was our favorite... appetizer. The balsamic glaze was perfect and their was a refreshing taste to the buratta that I can't quite put my fingeron. Veal chop was pounded down and very thin and was very tender. One of the best veal chops I've ever had. Favorite entree forour whole table was the ravioli with braised beef in a creamy mushroom sauce. This was the type of dish that guarantees that wewill be back. We normally don't order dessert but the food was so good we had to check it out. So glad we did! My son hadthe crème brûlée with mango sorbet. He loved it so much that my husband and I didn't get a chance to try it. My husband andI shared the Fritti di Bosco and it was outstanding! Berries covered in a delicious sauce that was a mix of being creamy, sweetand refreshing. Service was great and atmosphere was very nice. Read more
