This is the slowest , worst BK I have been to. The food sits out, and they reheat it in the microwave. I watched them do that... with my croissanwich, and it was chewy. I waited in line for 25 minutes with only 1 person in front of me, and 5 employeesworking. The employees don't speak English very well, and don't understand you when you order. Read more
So is all I have to say, I don?t see how this Burger King is even still here. They switched out the management and the service... was better for about a week then it went back to where it was before. The employees here seem to think their phone conversationsare more important than getting things done. They might have more stuff in stock if they put their phones down and actuallyworked. There was a woman behind the counter wearing flip flops, the wait times are horrific and that?s being nice, the food iscold and I get the wrong order more of then than I get the right order. They never have anything in stock and sweet tea is neverbrewed at a reasonable time. If I could give zero stars I would. This Burger King needs to go. Cut your losses, there?s a BurgerKing 1-2 mins up the road. Read more
The absolutely worse customer service that I?ve received. Staff did not acknowledge me until she was done with her phone... conversation. Which she then continued after her ?supervisor? came to take my order. He took my order and could obviously notdistinguish the difference between a hamburger and cheeseburger, because I got the wrong one. When I went back Let him know, andhe argued with me that it was a hamburger. Clearly it had cheese. Point is, they obviously need customer service training, needto get off the phone and keep your hair off your face, and not hanging in front while making the food. Worst experience at aBurger King. Extremely slow service. Only two employees working at a time. It took 25 minutes for me to get one meal. I rather drive 3 more... min to freedom square than stand here forever! They would have so many more clients, if they will provide faster service. Afterall, it is fast food! Read more
Extremely slow service and cold food. Old fries and not that clean. Only two people here at a time. Not enough to handle being... inside a very busy Walmart. They also do not have alot of things on the menu. For some reason not everything is availablehere. BUT, I want to point out a couple things. The employees DO seem to be trying. I feel like maybe they just don't have theproper tools to do their jobs. The register is always very slow and freezes. Too many problems and no one to fix them. Read more
I have been here twice and these people are a joke. I have waited for 20 minutes to get my food after a 5 minute order process... for two burgers. The employees are playing around and laughing. I hate this place. This is by far the most horrible burger kingI have ever been to. They hardly speak English. I'd fire them both. They are losing buisness for sure Read more
Doesn?t even deserve one star. So slow we left after 20 minutes of waiting in the drive thru and they had the lobby closed. This... place is definitely not a fast food place. Read more
