Arrived and the hostess sat us and waited a long time for drinks and there was barely any tables. I ordered the Trio and when I... got it I took a bite and it was very cold. The manager came over and I told him the lasagna was cold. He looked at me like I waslying. I said stick your finger in it and see. They replaced it and my chicken parm was as hard as a hockey puk. EDIT: Tried again, and they made huge changes here. Food was fresh and came quick, and the service was amazing. This place used... to be amazing. Now not so much. Food is still very tasty, but service? what service??? Here for lunch and server disappearsmost of the time. Saw him once for the orders and flagged him down for a drink refill before orders were brought out by themanager. Order was even wrong, but manager took it back and corrected, which took more time. Server even took forever even tocome get payment. All in all, this place is seriously in need of better management and staff. Read more
Daniela D. is so wonderful! My fiancé and I were seated and Daniela, our server, asked if we were part of the Rewards program.... My fiancé mentioned he was. We are almost never asked when we go to Carrabba?s. With the bread and oil, we had mozzarellasticks, chicken parm, shrimp primavera with veggies, and blackberry sangria. Service was very good but food not as great as usual. The first pasta course I had to send back, which was fine, things happen... and they were very gracious about it, but the second, the Lobster Ravioli which I have had there several times and loved, wasjust not up to par. Maybe they have changed recipes. Will go there again and see...... Read more
