I love Chik Fil A, but this location has messed up basic orders every single time. They either give fried chicken when asking... for grilled or don?t include all over the order by leaving out fries, nuggets, etc OR only filling drinks up halfway. Any otherlocation we have been to has always been spot on and amazing with our order and food, so it?s quite surprising anddisappointing. Read more
Have been a loyal Chick fil a fan for many years, however every time we go recently the experience gets worse. Tried to order a... grilled chicken filet with the toppings I wanted, however the cashier insisted on placing a sandwich order without the bun.Surprise, I was not given what I ordered. When taken to get it corrected I was told they would need to charge me for thetoppings that their cashier did not ring up. They charge over $7 for a chicken sandwich that gets smaller every time I order it,today approximately 3 oz. This also was while I was waiting over 5 minutes for them to pass around my food and discuss over andover. This was all occurring while the rest of my meal was getting cold at the table. In addition, each time we have come herelately we get soggy fries. Very poor management, I expect better from a company that used to have the best service in thebusiness. Each time we go and receive poor service and quality, it?s even longer before we return for another visit. Read more
The last two times I got french fries with my meal they were dripping in oil. Please do better about this as I had to throw them... out. The sandwiches I've had have been excellent. Also, if I place an order via the app and then get the notification that theorder is ready it usually takes another 5+ minutes. Read more

Cool newer design. Longer eating area, lots of seating. Definitely more set up to handle takeout mobile orders. Double drive... through line with covered section to get food. No play area. They did great with this new location. The last meal I had there was honestly the best tasting I've had from a Chick-fil-A and... my girlfriend agreed. Every employee was very friendly and attentive, and every employee seemed legitimately happy despite itbeing crazy busy. A+ guys Read more
