Rude workers! I made an online order with steak. I arrived before they started to make it and asked them if I could change Steak... for Barbacoa which us same price. (steak was looking old and dry) The staff rudely said no you can modify online order. I saidbut you have not made it yet and it's same price as steak. This one of the best chipotles I have ever been too. Not only did I receive excellent service from this wonderful young lady... named Valerie, but she talked me through the whole process too. She also was the best burrito wrapper I have ever seen. Plus,the place is so clean I was shocked since most places aren't these days. Truly a wonderful experience I definitely recommendagain. Went in there today, and this Hispanic dude was giving me a hard time at the register and was arguing for 5 minutes . He thought... he could finesse me but I wasn?t gonna let that slide. I don?t recommend this chipotle and he should find a different job that?sworth being as serious as he was. Read more
Chipotle, in my experience, has always been a step above competitors when it comes to ingredients and healthfulness. I don't... even consider it fast food, especially if you go brown rice, no cheese, no sour cream. Definitely good food at a decentvalue. What they seem to have lost from their early days is the concept of the assembly line. He used to work so well to havesomeone start the process past the food down have that person do their job, and then toss it over to the register and you payyour bill. Now there doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to how they put in order together, and my last two visits I've stoodaround waiting for them to complete online orders. I know we live in a different world with COVID-19 and take out / pickuporders but it does get frustrating. Other than that, I enjoy eating here. :-) Read more
If you don?t want to serve brown rice without cilantro then don?t serve it. But I never know if it is actually going to be... there. And about half the workers don?t even know it?s an option. Not the workers fault, but I suggest eating at restaurantsthat actually sell the items on the menu. Read more
