Bad customer service. Asked for salt, was told they can?t give out salt because it would jeopardize the health of their... employees because the salt came out of the kitchen. Makes me wonder where the food comes from ??? Read more
Unfortunately they don't valve there walk in customers more then there online customers. They posted a sign stating no Guacamole... and are serving Guacamole 10ft away from me to online orders. They lost a customer for that. Read more
I ordered 3 veggie tacos with sides however half my order was missing. The tacos that they did make had 1 piece of bell pepper... and Lettuce. What the actual heck! When I took the order back and asked to remake the attitude of the employees was absolutelyridiculous. Never once apologized. Told me they were out of veggies and that they are very busy. Took the food and threw it inthe garbage and rolled their eyes at me. Worst service and absolutely unprofessional behavior. Read more
Delicious food and friendly staff. The price is ok for that kind of food. The "how to order" could be a little bit better... explained on the shields over the counter. I liked that you could see exactly what the calories are for each and every item. Read more

Its Chipolte, what can you say. The food is always consistent; however, they need to better train the staff on how to properly... present the food instead of just stuffing it all into the bowl. Read more
Im not one to complain normally but this chipotle experience is unforgettable... I placed an order online as I usually do and... normally have a perfectly fine experience. This time I placed my order and my burrito as well the burrito bowl order I placedwas noticeably cold, as if it was made much earlier then 15 minutes before my pick up time. More over, my burrito was madeincorrectly and not enjoyable (having rips on the side and only being held together by the tin foil). To top it all of as myfriend was finishing his burrito bowl and he noticed a hair in the bottom of bowl on one of the beans. UNACCEPTABLE. I called tocomplain and get a refund and I got placed on hold for over 10 minutes and then hung up on. After calling back I got in touchwith another manager on duty and he let me know I could get a refund or my order made over. I will 100% be following back up tomake sure I receive my refund. I hold chipotle to a much higher standard than this based on my previous experiences. Read more
Just rude from the start, so?. We?ll be sticking to other locations. We got 8 bowls/ burritos from someone else?s order, in 2... bags marked with my name , so the delivery driver was not to blame. I thought it was a little funny at first so I called to askabout the problem. When I called the store to ask about our order what I should do about the extra 8 meals, they immediatelytook an attitude and told me ?refund or come in and get it. We?re busy? so I just asked for a refund, and she repeated theoptions again, so I asked for a refund again, to which she told me I was wrong and she was looking at my bag. Offered to send apicture of the two I had too, but there was 0% chance she was gonna de-escalate so I just hung up, win some ya lose some lol. Read more
