I ordered online. When i went in they didn?t have any of the food i ordered made. I went in 20 minutes after i ordered because i... know how busy this dunkin gets. I asked them to make my food and they made it and when i looked in the bag they gave me all thewrong things. i let them know it wasn?t what i ordered and they responded with we don?t have what you ordered. My experience yesterday was horrible. I feel bad for the staff but the manager Jeanna/Gina was extremely rude. I am victim of... Hurricane Ian and was looking a little moment of happiness with some coffee after everything we have gone through and that isnot what happened. That woman was disrespectful, rude, and scary. Their system was down and the app was not functioningproperly and instead of helping me with it she got frustrated and was rude to me and proceeded to help the next customer. Sheeven yelled at me, in front of everyone, that I had no money, even though my total amount was $8 and my app had $13 plus a freedrink reward. I never yelled at her. Yet, she was very mean to me while I was in line and when I told her I would be leaving areview about her poor costumer service, she followed me outside the store and threatened me. I was fearful and felt unsafe themoment she raised her hands at me. Im sure there are cameras inside and outside of the store that can display exactly what Iwent through. This was embarrassing, humiliating, and heartbreaking, especially in these times. I really hope this does nothappen to anyone else and I hope that Dunkin can find someway to make this up to me because this is not ok and I love Dunkin,but that is not the type of service you want representing your company. I love Dunkin! This is one of our favorite locations! They always get the coffee just right! when we didn?t go to this location... for two days in a row, we decided not to do that again because our coffee wasn?t perfect on Davis/Collier location both days!Thank you Dunkin Crew!!! Read more

I?m not one to write reviews but honestly this Dunkin is probably the worst one I have ever been to. I have given this place a... total of three chances, and the third time was the last straw. Every time I?m there, I try to enjoy my food and drink, but theworkers are cussing like crazy and talking loudly about how much they hate their job (with kids around). When you?re standingthere wanting your order to be taken, most of the time, no one is around, and if they are, they look at you and walk away. Mostof them are filled with attitudes, and either the shift manager or manager was there was yelling at the employees and demandingthem to do things, while she did nothing. I just felt uncomfortable every time I came to this Dunkin, and felt bad for theworkers who have to deal with the demanding, rude manager/and or shift manager. On top of that, every time they have taken atleast 10 minutes to make my drink when they aren?t busy at all. I?m just frustrated and feel like things should be changed. Icannot return to this Dunkin, as I gave them numerous chances. I will go back to my normal one. Please work on hiring niceremployees for the customers and staff themselves. Read more
