Second time where the cashier at the drive through tried not to give me my change. I watched her throw away my receipt in front... of me without giving me back my change. I addressed her and she said she forgot. This type of behavior is unacceptable andunprofessional as it happened on multiple occasions to me at this location. While this dunkin often makes my order perfectly. And all of the employees are very kind (besides 1). There?s one thing I can... not stand. The same boy works here just about every time I come through here (Richard) His tone and his attitude is terribleevery time. I was on my way to work and stopped by the drive thru. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese croissant. Not until I got to work did I... realize I was given sausage. I turned around got back in the very long line. When at the window I again explained for the 3rdtime the mistake. The guy disappeared and cam back with a cold sandwich. Rude, young girl at the drive through.. 9/20/22 1130AM.. Got the wrong coffee drove off and noticed, no big deal stuff happens,... I drove back around to get it corrected 30 seconds later I told her what happened. She took the old coffee and added what Iasked for the issue is I did not want what was originally put in it. I explain that to the young girl and she told me she dumpedout the coffee and rinsed it out and refilled it back up with what I wanted my issue with that is she was gone from the windowfor about five seconds so there?s no way that she could?ve done that so I know she just added the ingredients that it wasmissing and left the other ones in there I asked her again if she had a clean cup she stated yes and gave me a thumbs up. Iwon?t be going back to this place again, I?ll take my business to one a bit farther away with 100 percent better service.. Read more
