Nice staff and makes my ice caramel macchiato just right! The food is alright usually comes out correct and hot. Although, today... my hash browns were cold so gross but I came back an they corrected it an again super nice. Not a fan of the mini pancakes tastelike microwave food. I have been here more than 2 times a week and everytime there are a bunch of young teens. hanging around inside and outside the... shop. All cursing and making all kinds of noises. The staff also interact with this teens and curse just the same. This usedto be a nice place to go. Read more

UNBELIEVABLY DISAPPOINTED DISGUSTING SERVICE! ALWAYS being rushed , order is NEVER CORRECT , were do they find these people. No... one speaks or understands english at all. (I am hispanic) NO ONE TAKES THE TIME TO UNDERSTAND WHAT THE CUSTOMER WANTS. They havethe nerve to give you attitude when they get your order wrong as if its free or something. Customer service is horrible. As ateenager I worked at McDonalds and my manager taught us to say ?May I get anything else for you?? Or May I interest you in________ ? Not ?it that it? after everything you order thats 100% rude. Also no one says good morning, good afternoon, have anice day, nothing its awful. Moving forward i will go across town to get dunkin. I rather spend the gas for great customerservice and my order right then what I continue to experience in my own neighborhood as this is NOT the first time. I justfinally have had enough. This is why Golden gate has such a bad rep cause the workers here are all disgusting and rude. Andquite frankly it?s embarrassing. I go out of way to help people all the time as i love to see people smiling and happy. I willbe contacting higher ups about this. I am a loyal Dunkin customer. I am not in the habit of writing letters to complain. Many Dunkin stores provide great service... and I usually have no issues. However, my experience yesterday at 4800 Golden Gate Pkwy, Naples, FL was horrible. I ordereda large hot coffee from the drive-thru. At the service window, as I put my hand on the coffee cup being extended, the lidpopped off and hot coffee spilled on the door of my car, both inside and outside. The hot coffee also spilled on my arm andleg. The young lady at the window took the cup from me (I never dropped the cup!) and a few moments later came back with thesame cup, full of coffee. She did not give me a new cup. All she said was "have a nice evening". No apology. She did notoffer me anything to clean myself or my car. She proceeded to tell me it was not her fault and she wasn't going to do anythingabout it. I asked to see the manager. She told me there was no manager on duty. I asked to speak with whoever was in charge,but she just gave me a blank stare. I am livid. This was totally incompetent and unacceptable service. Needless to say, Iwill not be back to that particular Dunkin, and that's a shame because it is conveniently close to the school where I teach. Read more
Sorry excuse for a donut shop. Ordered 2 chocolate creme donuts and each one only had a splotch of chocolate creme on the... outside of the donut. I ate one in the shop and complained about the donut, they offered me a replacement and I ate those in thecar, finding out that the donuts were fake after I had driven some distance from them. This is the finest Dunkin in the country. The staff are refeshingly positive each day. They always get the order right and in a... timely manner. As much as I like the coffee, I appreciate the customer service even more. Read more
